جبل عامل في آخر الزمان بلسان الإمام الصادق عليه السلام

Jabal Āmil (South Lebanon) at the end of time, according to Imam Al-Sadiq:

Shaykh Al-Ḥurr al-ʿĀmilī (ra) in his Amal al-āmil fī ʿulamāʾ Jabal ʿĀmil narrates a report found in the handwriting of Ibn Babawayh (Shaykh al Saduq) from the authority of Imam Sadiq (a) describing the land of Jabal Amel when he was asked about the end of times and the appearance of Imam Al-Mahdi (atfs).

“What I found in the handwriting of some of our scholars, which was transmitted from the handwriting of al-Shahīd al-Awwal, quoting from Ibn Babawayh (Shaykh Saduq) about Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him), who was asked how the situation of people would be during the rise of Al-Qaim (the Mahdi) and during his absence, and about his allies and followers among those who are afflicted, those who embody the commands of their Imams, those who follow in their footsteps, and those who adhere to their sayings?

He said: A town in the Levant.

It was said: O son of the Messenger of God, are the deeds of the Levant vast?
He said: A town in the lands of Shuqif, Arnoun, with houses and abodes known for their coastal areas and the foothills of the mountains.

It was said: O son of the Messenger of God, are these your Shi’a?

He said (peace be upon him): These are indeed our true Shi’a; they are our supporters and brothers, the comforters of our strangers, the guardians of our secrets, the soft-hearted towards us and the hard-hearted towards our enemies. They are like the inhabitants of a ship during our absence, protecting their lands from others, and they will not be struck by calamities. They command what is right and forbid what is wrong, they recognize the rights of Allah, and they treat their brethren equally. Those are the blessed, forgiven ones, whether they are alive or dead, remembered or forgotten, whether they are black or white, free or enslaved. And among them are men who wait, and Allah loves the ones who wait.“

Shaykh Al-Ḥurr al-ʿĀmilī mentions regarding the authenticity below:
“This narration, though I did not find it in an authoritative book, does not contain a legal ruling. It supports the previous points and is corroborated by signs affirming its content.”


هكذا وصف الإمام الصادق عليه السلام بلاد جبل عامل وما حولها من سواحل البحار وأطئة الجبال حينما سئل عن آخر الزمان وظهور الإمام المهدي عجل الله فرجه الشريف : 
قال الشيخ الحر في تعداد الأسباب التي دعته لتأليف كتابه أمل الآمل في علماء جبل عامل :

ما وجدته بخط بعض علمائنا ونقل أنه وجده بخط الشّيهد الأول نقلا من خط ابن بابويه عن الصادق عليه السلام أنه سئل كيف يكون حال الناس في حال قيام القائم عليه السلام وفي حال غيبته, ومن أولياؤه وشيعته من المصابين منهم المتمثلين أمر أئمتهم والمقتفين لآثارهم والآخذين بأقوالهم ؟

قال : بلدة بالشام

 قيل : يا ابن رسول الله إن أعمال الشام متسعة ؟

قال : بلدة بأعمال الشقيف أرنون وبيوت وربوع تعرف بسواحل البحار وأوطئة الجبال .

قيل : يا ابن رسول الله هؤلاء شيعتكم ؟

قال عليه السلام : هؤلاء شيعتنا حقاً، وهم أنصارنا وإخواننا والمواسون لغريبنا والحافظون لسرنا، واللينة قلوبهم لنا, والقاسية قلوبهم على أعدائنا، وهم كسكان السفينة في حال غيبتنا، تمحل البلاد دون بلادهم، ولا يصابون بالصواعق، يأمرون بالمعروف وينهون عن المنكر، ويعرفون حقوق الله, ويساوون بين إخوانهم، أولئك المرحومون المغفور لحيهم وميّتهم وذكرهم وأنثاهم، ولأسودهم وأبيضهم وحرّهم وعبدهم, وإن فيهم رجالاً ينتظرون, والله يحب المنتظرين .

فهذا الحديث وان لم أجده في كتاب معتمد لكنه لم يتضمن حكماً شرعياً، وهو مؤيِّد للوجوه السابقة، وهي مؤيدة له وقرائن على ثبوت مضمونه .

ولا يخفى أن المغفور لهم كلهم هم أصحاب الصفات المذكورة منهم، وهم بعضهم أو أكثرهم، وأن المدح والذم من الخطابات يحسن فيها المبالغة والبناء على الأغلب، وله نظائر كثيرة .
